Meetings Represent $32 Billion in Business to Canada

Finally, we have some stats on the size and scope of the meetings industry in Canada. Kudos to MPI Foundation Canada for conducting this research. The reports tracked $32 billion in spending, over 70 million participants and 7% of groups choosing a special event venue. Good news UV members! Full article.

    Finally, we have the scope and size of this industry and what value it represents to the economy.MPI well done!

    Seems, that with all the challenges these days it should re-inforce just how important it is to work collectively as a group to get over the upcoming hurdles we’re being faced with border-issues, currencey and pass-ports regulations.
