The largest group which can be accommodated at the Ball conference facilities is 11,500 people. During the summer months, (from mid-May through mid-August) residence lodgings are available for up to 5000. The University has 185 meeting spaces available, including the 3600-seat theatre and a 300-seat classroom style chamber. Major rock concerts excepted, Ball University is quite capable of welcoming as large a group as you’re likely to assemble.
